Requirements
My own setup, shared as it is. I can only support what I use.
Site induction. Tap the kit you already have.
The ground
The machine and its shells.
The crew
Who plans and who builds.
And one builder pick one
It only builds what the foreman settled, so a cheap model will do. I use GLM 5.3, GPT-6.1 Sol and GPT-6.1 Terra.
The site
Where they work, and who checks it.
The paperwork
Where the records live and what fetches them.
Tested on
Windows 11, with Claude Code as the foreman. macOS and Linux are expected to work, not yet verified.
ComingA cloud option.

Windows notes
- Line endings. Pin LF in the repo (
* text=auto eol=lfin.gitattributes) and setcore.autocrlf falsethere. - Git Bash rewrites paths, even
HEAD:src/app.py. Prefix withMSYS_NO_PATHCONV=1, or run that call from PowerShell. - Headless Chrome screenshots need an absolute output path.
